TCPP is a draft protocol for recording electric-vehicle charging sessions and billing data in a verifiable, tamper-evident form, developed within the "Reform Ladeinfrastruktur Germany & EU" working group in consultation with the federal authorities. It defines JSON schemas, signed records and a shared vocabulary so that charging processes can be trusted and audited across operators.
